I am not sure how much you want to spend, but as a Toaster/Amiga
user who needs Japanese and Chinese word processing capabilities, I have
accidentially stumbled onto another methong of cross-platforming. It
is wierd how it was really done. Anyway, I had purchased a product called
EMPLANT so I can run Word Perfect with world script to have both Chinese
and Japanese in my text. Well, the most recent upgrade, I have found that
I can make multiple file cross-platform transfers and direct floppy drag
and point (whatever it is called)transfers. I have found this method to
be somewhat unusual, but it works perfectly and my images from Elastic
Reality for the Macintosh can now be easily transported to the Amiga
for use with the Toaster. Oh, BTW, in theory, since Amigas is suppose to
be able to read IBM Harddrives and I believe there is a driver to allow
the mac to do the same, I think it may be worth a try for someone to
see if files in such a drive and configured system can be read by
both the native Amiga and the Macintosh emulation.
